Terms of Cooperation with Sticker Wizzard

Sticker Wizzard is a Wrocław-based team that has been straightening out legal complexities in code since September 2017. Our office is located at Legnicka 56, but we operate mostly remotely for developers across Poland. This document is a simple regulation defining the terms under which we do EULA audits and set cookie consents for you. By using our services or site, you accept these points. No fluff – we provide concrete legal documentation so you can safely publish your app in stores. If you don't agree with any provision, unfortunately, we won't be able to analyze your project. We act on clear rules because we know your time is too precious to read 50 pages of legal jargon.

All our prices are fixed and provided net. For example, the EULA Start package costs 1,664 PLN and includes full regulations for iOS and Android. We don't add hidden fees for extra emails or phone consultations. After you send us your app mockup to info@stickerwizzard.com, we need exactly 3 business days to prepare the finished files. The average response time to your first inquiry is 2 hours and 14 minutes. It's concrete work for concrete money. Since the company started, we've closed 217 such projects without any complaints from Google Play or App Store. You pay for a finished document and peace of mind during store verification.

For Marek Zalewski or Paweł Wiśniewski to reliably prepare documents, you must show us how your app works. We need access to mockups, user flow, or a test version of the messenger. The more we know about the in-app payment path, the better we protect you against chargeback procedures. Sticker Wizzard is not responsible for errors in regulations resulting from hiding important code functions from us. If your app uses artificial intelligence for chat prompts, we must know this on day one. (Some forget this, and then the EU AI Act spoils their mood at premiere). We act on facts, so we ask for honesty in technology description.

We have already checked 483 mobile apps and know what store bots look for. We guarantee that the EULA and privacy policies we prepare comply with March 2025 guidelines. If a store rejects your document due to our fault, we will correct it for free within a few hours. In 2024 alone, we saved 19 developer accounts from total blocking. Our financial liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit. We are not responsible for how you actually moderate content in your messenger or who you block on chat. We give you efficient legal tools, but you run your business. You have 7 days to report comments on the finished project.

As soon as you pay the invoice, you receive the full right to use the prepared regulations in your app. You can freely copy them to subsequent language versions of your project. However, we do not agree for you to resell our texts to other developers or post them as free templates online. Every Sticker Wizzard document is tailored to specific code and specific functions. Cookies we set are assigned to your domain or app. Our logo and the name Sticker Wizzard are registered trademarks. We respect your intellectual property in the code and ask for the same regarding our legal work. We have operated in Wrocław since 2017 and focus on fair relationships with every creator.
